Design As a first step, Lookup.tv seeks the ideal solution that suits at best the customer's needs, then analyses the hardware requirements and then gives full assistance in choosing the technology that fits best the broadcaster’s needs.

Development Thanks to JMAG (a specific tool designed and created by Lookup.tv) we are able to develop MHP applications as modules, so that development&delivery time is respected and any future integration can be offered at a fidelity lower price. The MHP application will be then optimised on the costumer's platform to assure the best result in terms of speed and bandwidth-saving. After running all the necessary tests in our labs, we guarantee the functioning of the application on every MHP STB, in full compliance with the MHP standards.

Broadcasting During the broadcasting phase we offer full and complete assistance to our costumer's technical staff. To avoid any pre-production issue we offer on-site support. In the production phase we keep giving assistance from remote, thanks to our advanced technologies allowing us to redirect on our servers the broadcasted signal sent over the air and to monitor the proper functioning of the application. Furthermore, owing to our automatic contents updating system, the costumer doesn't have to manually insert the broadcasted data.During the broadcasting phase we offer full and complete assistance to our costumer's technical staff. Each application will have a personalized graphic stylewhich may include the insertion of publicity banners, company logos and other components upon request.

Lookup.tv develop all its applications in compliance with MHP 1.1.3 standard, which supports, for instance, HD images and the use of the Internet connection to improve the interactivity.
